Pros

I was able to develop as an SDR which led me to gain more knowledge in the tech field. I was eventually hired out to my client. Good Culture.

Cons

There is a younger office environment. .

Pros

There are some really great clients and managers work hard to make sure that each person fits with their client. The mentorship program is great. Your mentor is at your disposal and they can make or break the beginning of the job. Use and abuse it. Weekly call evaluations are some of the best things at memoryBlue. Comments and critiques are well thought-out and everyone really does work on helping their colleagues become a better sales person. There is a real teamwork aspect in the office and you will grow as a salesperson if you take advantage of it. If you work hard, you WILL leave with a great client as well as leave being a better salesperson. I left 1,000% better than coming in. I have taken what I learned at memoryBlue and apply it to my new job everyday.

Cons

The office is very small and often very loud. This can make getting work done difficult sometimes. Also, due to a lack of sick days and pushy management, people often come into work sick, which spreads like wildfire in a cramped office. Quotas can often be hard to make and the pay really isn't that great. There are some good incentives but you really have to work to get the. It boils down to if you don't put in the work, you don't get the pay. The office is very young, mostly under 25, so the atmosphere tends to be a lot like a frat house. It's a great learning experience if that's not what your used to.

Pros

I've really enjoyed my time at memoryBlue. The more effort you put it, the more you get out of it. Management really seems to care about your progress.

Cons

Sometimes the "why" doesn't really come through from the upper management, and employees are left to figure things out.
