Pros

The work environment was genuinely positive—supportive, collaborative, and full of people who want to see you succeed. Management was thoughtful and involved, and the training program was exceptional, offering hands-on experience that prepares you to excel in any sales role after. The skills you develop as an SDR here—resilience, communication, time management, and pipeline generation—are foundational and transferable. It’s a place where, if you fully commit, you’ll come out significantly sharper, more confident, and ready to thrive in the next stage of your career.

Cons

Compensation could be better given the workload, and success depends heavily on which client you're placed with—some campaigns are much tougher than others. The extensive training can sometimes feel excessive, and the long-term rewards require patience and resilience to reach. It’s a challenging environment, but perseverance pays off.
