Great Management, Great Learning Opp, Nice People
Pros
Biggest Pro, office is probably at it's best point management wise. The job is hard work that'll prepare you very well for any job further down the line for your future sales career. (100 calls a day min) Head of the office and managers are great people who are very real and empathetic. The up-and-coming manager's are going to bring the Boston office in a great direction. Coworkers are awesome, very kind people. Gets you out of your comfort zone.
Cons
Luck of the draw, arriving to the company you're generally assigned one or two accounts. The luck part comes in for the product value that these accounts have to offer, if it's a solid account with a good product then you're in luck. If it's a mediocre product, it's going to be difficult. Additionally, quotas are again very account reliant if you're going to be hitting them. IMO working here is worth a try if your looking into starting sales, if it's not your cup of tea no one's going to stop you from leaving.
