Pros

No drug tests, relaxed management for time off (I got spring break and winter break off to go home), also some good prices on suits.

Cons

Management decisions are generally slow (hiring new employees, making schedules) and generally the place feels like it is run by people who only somewhat care about the place. I take this as a positive as it is just a job for some spending cash, so I do not have to take work too seriously.

Pros

Learned a great deal about engaging and inspiring a team of professional sales people. The product selections made by the buyers was good.

Cons

There was very little room for professional development and career progression. The company should put more emphasis on developing their leaders.
