Pros

Employee is held accountable for results. Promotions based on sales and personal interaction skills. Good employee can be fast tracked into manager position.

Cons

Too much credence given to complainers. Impossible to manage difficult employees. Too many avenues open for upline complaints by employees.

Pros

Coworkers and environment can be a lot of fun. Many incentives for meeting stats like parties or gift cards for lunches. Learn many effective selling techniques. Your performance directly affects your pay. Opportunities for training and travel for training.

Cons

Management focused on numbers. Blackout period, time when requesting days off during weekends is unavailable and required to work 6 days a week, lasts through November, December and January.

Pros

Not a bad place to work, pay is low for the job though. It is somewhat a skilled trade to fit a tuxedo and should be payed better then minimum wage.

Cons

The pay is very low for the job. Tuxedo's are a head ache and annoying to work with a lot.
