      Pros

      outgoing and are passionate about home improvement. Mention i would like to grow my career in retail and feel Menards is a great place to do it.

      Cons

      Have been here for several years and I'm still impressed about how Menards treats their team members and guests! I've learned a lot of product knowledge and management skills in my time here! Menards pays well and is now bumping us up another dollar per hour to stay ahead of the competition. I have made a lot of friends working here! I would definitely recommend Menards to anyone that is ready to have a career instead of just another job!

      Pros

      I liked a lot of the team members in my department and the guests were never a problem to me.

      Cons

      The general managers let me get harrassed by 3 male employees within a 6 month period and did nothing to protect me. I was 17 at the time. There are no opportunities to grow within the company as a minor.

      Able to take break anytime.

      Cons

      Terrible management, communication between departments are terrible, and worse of all they say they are flexible but they really are not trying to work with your schedule you gave them.
