Business Outlook
Pros
I created great workplace relationships. Most people were super great and you got very close. I got about 16.50 and an extra 3$ on the weekends which was really great pay for retail work.
Cons
Pretty strict attendance policy, they will let you call off but you are almost punished for it. There was some workplace drama but never horrible. I had an incident that was not handled well but I think they had the best of intentions. The job is high stress, super busy and dealing with the Carmel contractors was horrible. We called(or threatened) the cops probably every other shift due to contractors not following our policy. Management was very supportive in defending the cashiers though.
