      I do not see any pros to working here.

      Cons

      Huge disconnect with upper management. Tons of turnover. Lots of “tenured” employees that serve no purpose. Inexperienced less qualified employees get promoted over others. Unsupportive atmosphere.

      project managers are so young and they don't have enough experience & knowledge . the LA office culture is so bad . lots of gossip and the pay is very low!! especially the survey department .

      nothing !!!! please do NOT work here if you like your life
