Energetic And Friendly Culture

This is my first job after I graduated and my team was super friendly to help me get on hands with tasks. They carefully walked me through all detailed processes, and always kindly remind me of my mistakes without stressing me. Everyone here is energetic regardless our age gaps. I believe an energetic team can always come up with better ideas and inspirations! Besides they adjusted my pay by quarter which made me feel recognized and made me believe I have improved myself during the training.

Cons

The communication application we use for internal work sometimes have technical problems and I think using other software might improve our efficiency and make sure all important messages are marked in the system.

Poor company culture, management constantly gives empty promises about compensation and work opportunities Extremely poor cross-department communication and collaboration Management only cares if they get investment money, offers superficial concern about employee's wellbeing at work

Nonprofessional, poor management, everyone is unhappy there. It's bad for your mental health. I felt so relieved when I left the company
