Great Team & Growth Potential, but Limited Leave and Holidays

Big Potential for Growth – The office is still pretty new, so there’s plenty of chances to grow within the company as things expand.

Cons

Not Enough Public Holidays – The holiday schedule is a bit limited, which means less time off compared to other places. Limited Annual Leave – The number of vacation days is on the lower side, so it can be tough to find time to recharge. Still a Work in Progress – Since the office is still in the early stages, things can feel a little disorganized or uncertain at times.

Disorganized leadership & direction in multiple departments, pays low while expecting a lot. Only able to do this because people are waiting for their Visa to get approved.
