      Rewarding and meaningful work. The clients you work with will make it worthwhile

      Cons

      Pay isn't great and employee morale is pretty bad so unless you are able to stay positive in a fairly negative environment, it can be kinda depressing!

      little pay seems like they hire anyone, even people who could careless about their job they preach about their clients care but it's never put first not much growth
