Enjoy the environment for the most part. It’s amazing get to work with all the residents and make a real impact in their lives.

Cons

Too little pay for how much is expected of you. Benefits are also not great. Specifically health insurance.

A few good ladies you work with . The house manager was helpful and good individual.

Cons

A few young ladies are very sneaky , They will try to set you up if they do not want you in staff. They are the first to file complaints and The most unintelligent ones ! But , it seems the company takes these individuals word over a college graduate ! Program manager. In house investigator had their decision made Immediately.. Also , completed alienated during administrative leave ... Which told me everything about company .
