      I’m fortunate to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who are genuinely committed to making a positive impact. I also have the support of a leadership team that is honest, transparent, and consistently encouraging qualities that remind me of my time in the U.S. Navy. It’s an environment where I feel both valued and secure.

      It is a huge revolving door. The more higher executives prefer giving themselves new job titles and raises than seeing what is going on below. 10 people left in one month. They don't care about employees, and there is a lot of micromanagement. A lot of people have learned how to scam the clock and get paid OT when they weren't even there.
