Pros

Great benefits for full time employees with the ability to have a flexible schedule. Many different programs and positions to pick from.

Cons

Too Many changes, without letting everyone know what those changes are. Not a great benefits package from PRN or PT employees.

Pros

Not much to say as far as pro's with NHS. I worked with some good employees, so I guess that's a positive.

Cons

So much - lack of support from upper management. Low pay. Mandated working schedules. Company is always rolling out new things without adequate foresight. CEO is a joke.

Great flexibility for those just looking for a very part-time job. Good starter job for someone straight out of college, just to get a feel for what a career as a therapist may be like.

Cons

No way to move up in the company. Lack of organization and communication among management. High turn-over rate. Lack of passion and commitment of employees. No consistent work schedule makes it difficult for employees to depend on this job to support themselves.
