The company has a strong support network as well as a welcoming environment. The work is fast paced, and there is always work to get done.

Cons

The company is contracted through DSS, so there uncertainty regarding the job security. It is a high stress environment and requires 24/7 care.

Other TSS's, BSC's, and MT's are always willing to help and offer support. TSS's have weekly supervision to talk about their clients to get clinical feedback.

Cons

There is not a certain pay wage for notes and they take up a lot of time. Some schools and teachers and be unsupportive of the TSS in the classroom.

You barely make any money because chances are you won't be working anywhere near 40 hours. The company is unsupportive and the clients can be extremely difficult.
