      I love working the elderly.

      Cons

      The house management was awful. They said the job was in Harrisburg but it was really in Hershey. They didn't pay much either for me to travel that far. The residents seem like they didn't or won't confront able with me being their and they would try to get me fired. All I would do is what I was suppose to do. The one lady had sores all over her because she kept refusing to get washed. They were always needing help, to me that's not good.

      Poop scheduling department.... managers are unprofessional.... always mandated to stay pass a 12 shift

      NHS is willing to give no graduates a chance,very caring staff very dedicated.

      Cons

      The work is unstable as it is fee for services no compensation offered if the client doesn't show,and picking up hours is difficult.
