Bureaucratic. Required paperwork if have digital and half paper copies. Sometimes having to do the same paperwork twice.

The older staff members (mostly Teachers, except for one, and last Director) were always supportive and helped out when needed...It was a job.

Cons

The biggest con was not having enough support staff, especially when a crisis occurred, which was everyday! The newly hired staff were never properly trained and most were very unprofessional in a school setting. Also, this site needed a Janitor on site during school hours, not have staff and/or students cleaning the building during the day.

The people you work with are so helpful. The training is very informative and prepares you for the job. Every day is a new day so the job never gets boring.

As a new employee, the kids do not really respect you but it gets better
