No redeeming qualities to list.

Cons

I do not know where to start. The company takes away benefits and does not replace with anything worth while. The management staff display favoritism to staff with less than mediocre work standards. When the company does offer the occasional pay raise, they off set the pay increase by raising the cost of health benefits. The overall management of the company is poor. The staff are disposable to them. With the quality of staff that are hired, the client care is less than mediocre. .

There are always new jobs opening up since employee turnover is high.

Cons

Low pay, even for corporate employees, Executive Level Management does not care about the health and well-being of the individuals that NHS serves. Bad and/or incompetent employees are just moved to different departments instead of being let go.
