People are giving and engaged in helping the consumers. There are many professionals. Their vision is positive and consumer centered. They have a good union. Tuition reimbursement and insurance. Good 401K

Cons

Points given during sick time. Sometimes more team ethics are needed on the entry level. Insurance a little expensive, but it is every where right now.
