Pros

The only pro was the opportunity to help the youth. The pay was not bad but to having to deal with management makes the pay not worth it.

Cons

Rules are all over the place. No structure and if not part of the "protected" staff a confusing and dysfunctional place to work. All one has to do is ask about the high turnover rate!

Management was horrible, unorganized, and rules were made up as they went along to suit certain situatiins. No formal training before you start your position.
