Not much to say as far as pro's with NHS. I worked with some good employees, so I guess that's a positive.

Cons

So much - lack of support from upper management. Low pay. Mandated working schedules. Company is always rolling out new things without adequate foresight. CEO is a joke.

If you ask other staff for support, you'll get support. Fantastic students.

Cons

Horrible-child-like management, very disloyal to staff, lack of prepping time, high-demands, no support in classrooms with most students, very high stress. Looks nice on my resume, but I'm glad it's over because it was the longest and one of the most painful experiences of my life.
