*No organizational skills *Did not follow through with contract and items that were specifically in the contract upon hire *Only out for making money, does not look at how it affects the children *The "higher" up management makes all of the decisions but they have no clue what is actually going on in the working environment *NOT TRUST WORTHY

great learning experience working with clients (but had to learn ON MY OWN- no supervision or support at all)

Cons

The eat you up and spit you out; you will be extremely overworked, underappreciated, disrespected, unsupported and you will begin to question everything you stand for because little by little they will erode both your self-esteem and your ethical standards. You will not realize the extent of this until you get out.
