      Advancement, growth, good pay, flexible schedule, work life balance.

      If you are per diem the amount of work available varied, can be stressful, clients, deadlines, demanding, not a lot of support from management.

      The trust built with caseload ...consumers... and some co workers, that's it.

      Cons

      Power differential, money hungry with no value in ethics, ..if you are not working in a clinical setting, and wish to advance your career and move up, regardless if you are capable, have skill set, education to back this up.... Bunch of cowards who push employees around BC they get away with it ...
