Pros

The clients definitely need qualified professionals to meet their goals and building a professional relationship is worth following through to see progress.

Cons

Salary is not comeasurate for qualified professionals and training is handed by word of mouth with little mentoring. Some people can teach and some can do; This organization needs better instructors.

Residents are what keeps you going....if you love what you do.

Cons

Management is insane at all levels. Bad ethics. Game playing. Clicks. Theres an inner circle and an outer circle. This is not all sites in Western Pa...I can only speak for what I experienced.
