The individuals are fantastic they are fun to work with

Cons

Bad management, when others don’t do their job it’s falls onto you, they really stretch your job responsibilities don’t give enough time to do your own job because you have to pick up everyone else’s slack and there is no consistency with expectations

The residents are great and easy to care for

Cons

Management gets worse as you go up, if you report a concern you become a target of discrimination and/or punishment, they punish/fire good employees and keep/reward employees who are toxic to the environment and neglectful to the residents. It feels like a cult.
