Rewarding job where you feel like you are making a difference Job is different everyday Great benefits Union makes your job pretty secure OT is always available and is time and a half PTO: Vacation, Sick, and Personal time after 3 months

Cons

Can be mandated Work weekends, holidays Not paid as high as you should be for the work you do One 30 cent raise after 6 months and than no more raises No way to advance Drama in houses amongst staff Terrible communication between management and employees Not trained well enough to do the job Anyone is hired Can be moved from your house to another house you dont work in based on need

If you need to work some where at least you will receive a steady paycheck.

Cons

They like to run the organization by intimidating their employees. There is no structure on following policies. They waste money.

The clients definitely need qualified professionals to meet their goals and building a professional relationship is worth following through to see progress.

Cons

Salary is not comeasurate for qualified professionals and training is handed by word of mouth with little mentoring. Some people can teach and some can do; This organization needs better instructors.
