pays reasonably well for a union job, workplace banter, they celebrate birthdays, - helping others in community

Cons

lack of communication, changing hours, changing roles, inconsistent leadership, nepotism, favoritism, clocking in, and the issues that come with poor technology- burnout, teen outbursts from colleagues

Pros

* Good support, whenever you had questions, there would be someone to help answer * Camaraderie, this job can be stressful, so in the bit of downtime we might find ourselves in, we’re able to vent (while still following HIPPA guidelines) * Supervisor was helpful and provided moral support, accommodating anything for me as much as possible

Cons

* Sink or Swim; while people are around to ask questions, you’re thrown into a heavy caseload rather quickly * Low pay; for the stress and caseload required, the pay is not even enough to survive on alone. * Ridiculous Contractual obligations; not the fault of the company, but the government risking cutting the program for things we can’t control * Understaffed
