The families are great to work with, and the job prepares you for the foundation of the social service field.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. Expectations were unrealistic and all management cared about was meeting the company’s unrealistic deadlines. I worked here for 2 years and never received a raise.

M-F schedule, regular hours. Decent pay.

Cons

Getting calls outside of work hours. No support. Lots of tasks added constantly with no help offered. Poor leadership and communication. Managers are more concerned with employees brown nosing than doing their job. Everyone does a lot of blame shifting for non resolved issues.lots of gossip and back stabbing. Managers are very passive aggressive. Overall very toxic workplace.
