The company whose main focus is mental health forgets that when dealing with it's internal candidates. They hired an outside consultant with no healthcare experience to reorganize the recruitment department. Then dragged out the process for months, causing stress and anxiety. If the consultant liked you, you kept your job, regardless of how well you did your job. The communication internally lacks direction and empathy.
