More concerned with QUANTITY vs quality in a HUMAN services field. Employee morale is extremely low. Nothing is ever good enough. They try to overwork you while micromanaging. Very unrealistic job expectations. That ACT model needs to be restructured.

Cons

Unfriendly/unprofessional staff. Always short staffed. The people they bring in don't want to help take care of the residents. Management essentially has no idea what they're doing and are rude.
