Rewarding and meaningful work. The clients you work with will make it worthwhile

Cons

Pay isn't great and employee morale is pretty bad so unless you are able to stay positive in a fairly negative environment, it can be kinda depressing!

SAP is a small department, which made for nice cohesiveness in a large company. There was a decent amount of supervision and support from management. Good work culture and the opportunity to work with some great schools. It is also nice being able to follow the school schedule with summers and school holidays off.

Cons

You can feel isolated from your department at times as you are placed in different schools. Some schools are more welcoming than others, and sometimes you can feel a bit like an outsider in the school. Pay is unreasonably low for the education level required for the position.
