1. Low salary.fee for service..patients do not show up and you don't get paid.. 2. No pay for paper work 3. working sometimes 40 hour week, getting paid for 20 hours

The benefits are great: health care is affordable; one person is 15$ a paycheck and the employer pays the rest of premium. Generous vacation, sick, and personal days. Plus, we get a travel stipend. Recently, the company sent HR to different locations to hear from employees to help make the company better. I feel like they truly listened to our concerns.

Cons

The travel stipend is taxed; I would rather turn in my mileage. Upper management can treat us like children; micromanage our every minute.
