Good salary and great benefits

Cons

No support from upper management, unrealistic expectations, long hours with no additional compensation or accommodation from management, lots of changes, management does not stick to what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Management also blames everything on program directors, including member suicide/overdose. This agency will suck the life out of you without a second thought. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Working for Merakey in Louisiana has progressively worsened over the past few years.

great children. Some staff are good.

Cons

Management, all the way to the top. Horrible pay compared to other companies (nonprofit as well as profit) - I mean horrible. no recognition for hard work. Punitive management at times.
