Pros

We worked with individuals with disabilities. We made a difference in their lives. As well as they had an employee appreciation day.

Cons

I wished we had more coworker interaction and teamwork. Also sometimes when I submitted paperwork only my mistakes were pointed out. Positive feedback was lacking.

Disorganized Terrible training Promised full time but given less than 20 hours/week Only paid for billable hours despite being an employee Clients all over the place-may drive 20-30 min and find out your client is a no show, then you have lost money driving and don’t get paid for that time
