This position is extremely rewarding and not very difficult to excel in. Definitely requires patience working with children who struggle controlling their behaviors.

Cons

The hours weekly are very low, ideally you would get 32 hours in a week, but between halfdays and school holidays, it could end up being around 20. Varies by week.

Managers and directors are VERY supportive if you demonstrate that you're interested in learning something new and working hard. Co-workers are really helpful and supportive as well.

Cons

Salary, advancement opportunities to network/server teams are rare. Ideas fail because decision makers didn't listen to the myriad warnings from people who do the work.
