Team environment you're not in the field working cases alone.. coworkers at the school to support you

Cons

School doesn't respect BHWs. Nhs will.not. pay their BHW more money. Nhs makes BHW feel less than, no support, only care about $$ not children/clients.

Pay and benefits were good. Time off was also a plus. Staff was friendly supervisor was very nice to her staff

Cons

The building was filthy. They had to have dogs come in every month and check for bed bugs. The clients are also filthy.
