Stay Away - This Employer Will Burn You Out

Good salary and great benefits

Cons

No support from upper management, unrealistic expectations, long hours with no additional compensation or accommodation from management, lots of changes, management does not stick to what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Management also blames everything on program directors, including member suicide/overdose. This agency will suck the life out of you without a second thought. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Working for Merakey in Louisiana has progressively worsened over the past few years.

Some of the Co-workers, ability to sort of make your own schedule

Cons

No benefits, no non-bill pay, front office doesn't care about its staff, the company doesn't care about staff either, never any support or cohesion between front office staff and TSS/BSCs
