Pros

- Amazing office atmosphere, you feel like you have a work family. - Great support structure. I've made use of loads of benefits and support tools (gym membership, counselling service, employee discount scheme) All of which is there to make your life easier. - The only pressure I feel is what I put on myself to pay back a great company to work for. All feedback from management is positive and aimed at improving how you achieve your goals. Meraki is all about success and improvement. - You're actively encouraged to try new ways of working and feedback results with the wider team. - Management recognise hard work and constantly think of new ways they can reward your efforts. I've tried to keep my comments away from materialistic things but if you want to know, the office is incredible (people ask to view the office for ideas to use in their own) so it's a great place to come to work everyday. There are snacks everywhere as well as a fully stocked kitchen you can use to make breakfast, healthy food as well! Not just junk. Imagine the masterchef kitchen but at work. Lunch is provided daily by excellent caterers. The games room is awesome! There's a pool table, ping pong table, PS4, Wii, Virtual reality computer and a screen most cinemas would be proud to have. If you're lucky enough to work here you might find the secret room as well!

Cons

- Meraki is a full on place to work. You have to embrace it and if you don't I can imagine it would be overwhelming. - Some systems are a mixture of new Meraki and old Cisco, which can be challenging and frustrating to use. - The natural career path at Meraki is from inside sales rep to field rep or team manager. Only a handful of people have become managers (mainly due to the size of the company and roles becoming available) only a few inside reps have made it to field reps and all have been to work with managed channel partners. It seems this is a big jump to make and one that's not clearly supported with training.
