Pros
1. Great people 2. Good environment 3. Nice office location in Norwood, MA 4. Lots of opportunity to learn new skills and move into new areas
Cons
1. You get lumped into a massive category of people so it is practically impossible to stand out 2. Rewards have gotten less and less each year 3. Rewards system has gotten more complex each year so you are not even sure in the end what you can do to earn the bonus 4. They restrict their salary increases for internal applicants. If you move internally to a new position you are capped at a certain salary increase whereas someone coming from the outside for the same position can potentially make more. This is a major discouragement to stay and grow with the company.
