Management was great, work life balance was awesome as long as i put my foot down on working outside of work hours. Fully remote and no tacking software. They treated you like an adult and dont mind what you did as lingas your got your stuff done. i had great managers

Cons

Really compensation and pay increases due to promotions. was underpaid based on market trends and experience. yearly increases was base 1.5% increase even if you were a high performer. Also, upward movement was very difficult.

If you have career aspirations or want to get paid a lot this is not the company. Career progression is very slow, and compensation is below market with very small raises
