      None. Has went downhill over the last three years.

      Cons

      GMs have put all of their cronies in management positions. All ex-cops with zero experience. No one has any room for growth. One of the ex-cops is on video shoving a black protestor. Another was demoted for sexual misconduct. Too much nepotism. Zero care for us and what we deal with on a day to day basis trying to deal with gas prices, covid, drivers that expect us to be their therapist and their accountant.

      Some of the best co-workers I’ve ever worked!

      Cons

      Minorities feel uncomfortable, management is horrible, mostly new managers with no experience. Many ex LMPD are now in upper management with 0 experience but the are friends with the GMGs.
