There are a lot of good people that want to be successful at their job. It can be a team atmosphere. Good benefits.

Cons

Rules are not enforced equally. They do NOT pay employees what they deserve. They have lost some really good employees in the past 3-5 years because they do NOT want to give them raises. Family culture is gone.
