On some occasions there is a lack of communication which causes confusion among dispatchers. The HR ladies are very rude and condescending.

good employees. friendly coworkers. a few people in management that care and want to do the right thing.

Cons

management is out of touch with the employees. there is so much favoritism and relatives that get treated special. they won't spend their money on the people instead they spend it on the outside or the contractors. the employees do not matter to management.
