The only benefit is to be employed, although in the long range the psychological damage is not worth anymore.
Cons
With more than 350 years, it's unbelievable this company is not yet in the same pace of other pharmaceutical companies. Technical expertise is poor, quality systems is highly questionable, if existing at all. Many basic standards are not yet established. Leadership is always busy kissing up for their next promotions. Working environment is highly toxic. Discrimination of other cultures, especially Latins, Asians, and Africans, are quite frequent in interactions such as meetings. Employees work late noon to catch up with work, due lack of established work processes, accountability and resources.
