Cons
Management supports only favorites. If you speak against your manager, no promotion even if you create Value to the Organization. You get a 10-12% hike even if you exceed all expectations. If you hold 'Bucket' to your manager, you get a promotion, a 17% hike, a job to your wife, desired shift, fast on role, 5 lakh package and the list goes on. For growth, you need to mirror/echo your manager. One CS ‘manager’ will talk about "Value, Transparency, Motivation, Encouragement" in an open forum, but in reality, if you ask IJP or tried to give him feedback, you will be targeted. That manager will make sure an Employee will get bad supervisor or vice versa etc. Smart way to destroy the opponents.! Dear COE, please see the data, employee consistency and not what you hear from your leadership.
