Pros

Stable company with great variable yearly bonuses. The company is creating a better and more flexible workplace. Good benefits (insurance, cafeteria included).

Cons

Several branches or business units and some of them, in certain countries, seem to be forgotten due its small size. Some mid leadership seems to be technically good but not trained in soft skills. Besides bonus pays (which are variable) the monthly base is lower than similar competitors. Sharing knowledge does not seems to be in the culture.
