      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance. Competitive salary. Friendly colleagues - a lot of people have worked here for a long time so know how everything runs which is great for new hires. Excellent attitude towards employee safety.

      Cons

      Poor bonus system with low percentage annual bonus in comparison to competitor companies. Only certain times of year for employees to be able to set up contributions to pension and get health insurance. Poor training and development - was lead to believe there was a strong training department with opportunity for internal development. This is not the case at all.

      Colleagues help each other out. Possible to gain valuable experience in the industry.

      Cons

      Some managers do not have any leadership qualities and do not know how to motivate their employees. A lot of over time. Not enough competent new people hired to cope with increasing workload.
