As BioReliance is now apart of Merck there are wider global opportunities, I have been able to be involved in various improvement projects within my 6 months of being with the company and my job has developed in such a short time period due to the numerous opportunities that are available. BioReliance has a fun, friendly atmosphere and I really enjoy working for a organisation that listens to their employee's.

Cons

As the business is growing at such a high level, overtime has been required. However management have listened to their teams to source support when needed.
