Pros

I was in the US subsidiary and really enjoyed the experience along with the people I worked along side. We had a great team in place after completing a retrenchment and significantly improved business performance by re-engineering many legacy processes and streamlining operations. Our team revealed several key areas that successfully improved the business with a great deal of autonomy to take charge.

Cons

While the US team made several great strides, it was all negated once our parent company purchased Millipore. The Millipore acquisition adversely impacted the morale for the legacy team and it showed as Millipore was given the autonomy to make any changes they desire as it related to North America.

Pros

I like the company feeling and that it's not too extravagant compared to other pharma.

Cons

Bad luck with the oncology pipeline, a little depressing at the moment. Darmstadt really sucks unfortunately.
