      The people I work with are bright and dedicated The products are leading scientific development The branding is exciting and gets across the vibrant contribution to science

      Cons

      A recent internal survey correctly expressed that leadership was very poor Financial constraints limit the ability to do my job Financial compensation and incentives are extremely low and not consistent with leading healthcare or scientific companies Internal IT systems seem to be on a constant overhaul and cause issues that customer-facing teams have to clean up

      generally slow decision-making processes and inconsistent implementation of strategy. in pharma not clear whether they want to be generic or innovative company, poor pipeline, very bureaucratic processes linked to the commitment to keep all staff in Germany in lifelong positions; pharma R&D has undergone drastic changes in a positive sense with a lot of multinational new staff even in Germany; Corporate support functions (IT) lagging behind
